Georgian College recap

We completed at Georgian College March 2-4. Unfortunately we were eliminated in the elimination rounds. Our robot is much more complex this year and we didn't get the testing done that we needed to do. Thankfully we used the time to fine-tune our intake system so things will work better in North Bay.

On a positive note our team won the Gracious Professionalism award which is a great honour. Mentor Ian McTavish was also nominated for the Woodie Flowers award.

Our rookie teams had a great start. Bracebridge made it to the quarter finals and won the Rookie All Star Award. Fenelon Falls made it to the finals and Gravenhurst were winners! We are very proud of their achievements and love how the teams support each other. Looking forward to North Bay! Ian McTavish and his daughter will be singing the National anthem!
